TERMS OF SERVICE & ACQUISITION PROTOCOLS

1. THE ARTISAN PROCESS All works from Darah Little Studio are hand-sculpted, hand-molded, and hand-painted. Because these are artisan-level fabrications, minor variations in texture, pigment mottling, and casting density are to be expected. These are not defects; they are the hallmarks of a 1-of-1 studio product.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT POLICY

• Commitment: By enrolling in a Phase I Allocation, you are committing to a 12-month studio residency.

• Installments: Payments of $500 are billed monthly. Failure to maintain payments may result in the forfeiture of your allocation slot and any matching serial numbers.

• Non-Refundability: Due to the custom nature of these builds and the immediate allocation of materials (silicone, resins, foam), all installments are non-refundable.

3. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

• Separate Billing: To ensure the safest and most accurate rates, shipping is calculated and billed separately for each subject once fabrication is complete.

• International Orders: Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or VAT incurred by their local government.

4. TAXES In accordance with Texas state law, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Texas address. For out-of-state and international orders, the buyer is responsible for any use-tax obligations in their own jurisdiction.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All sculptural work and photography on this site are the intellectual property of Darah Little Studio. These pieces are intended for private collection only.
