Project Pivot: The Resurrection of Sebulba
Our full-body 1:1 Sebulba build took a dive. The impact was catastrophic for the lower half, but as we often say in the lab: Tragedy is just an opportunity for a Pivot.

Case Study 03 | Tarfful/The Animatronic Conversion
“In this video, I break down the process of converting a retail holiday prop into a screen-accurate Tarfful from Revenge of the Sith. This includes into custom fur work, armor fabrication, and the technical challenges of maintaining the animatronic movement while adding high-fidelity details.”

Case Study 01 | The Animatronic Conversion
"This project served as a technical study in material application and character elevation. Using a mass-market 7ft animatronic as a base chassis, I applied studio-grade hair-mapping and painting techniques to see how far a retail holiday decoration could be pushed toward cinematic realism."
Status: Hand-Rooting & Fiber Blending
PROJECT//THE SNARLING WOOKIEE
"We are currently in the final stages of a life-size 1:1 bust. This build features hand-set custom optics, anatomically detailed dental work, and a multi-tone fiber coat. Every strand of hair is hand-blended and rooted in-studio to ensure a level of realism that honors the soul of the character."
status: Translucent Skin Layering
PROJECT//THE ADMIRAL
“Currently refining the translucent layering for the Mon Calamari skin. Focus is on achieving the correct anatomical 'sheen' and orbital depth for a 1:1 museum display."
Study 02: Adaptive Accessory Refinement
Study 02: Adaptive Accessory Refinement
This study focuses on the conversion of retail-grade components into studio-quality display pieces. By utilizing "salvage" parts from the DLS Black Krrsantan project, we explored cold-metal cladding and traditional leathercraft to create a high-fidelity accessory for the current Wookiee bust.
