A life-size archival study of a Tusken Raider, this project emphasizes the heavy weathering and layered textures required for desert-dwelling characters. The focus was on achieving a "lived-in" patina through a mix of organic textiles and machined industrial components, capturing the rugged and intimidating presence of the Tatooine nomad.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Scale: 1:1 Life-size character bust.

• Materials: Hand-distressed heavy-weave cotton wraps, cast resin components, and genuine leather bandoliers.

• Weathering: Multi-stage aging process using acrylic washes, abrasive distressing, and real sand particulates for authentic desert wear.

• Hardware: Aluminum-wrapped "breath filters" and eye-stalks finished with a brushed metallic texture.

• Soft Goods: Precision-wrapped head and neck coverings with hand-stitched detailing to ensure screen-accurate draping.
